RÉSONANCES is a culinary residency project: professionals invited to inhabit a place, to cross their practices, and to imagine a ritual that exists only there.
For its first edition, the project takes place at Maison Careï, on the Côte d'Azur, on 15 September 2026, where the journey beyond the table becomes a language for exploring the ties between matter, gesture, landscape and people.
A dinner orchestrated in several sequences by Edwin Guzman and Gaia Trifiletti, shaped by experience in three-Michelin-star restaurants, makes up the residency alongside Diego Quintero, resident coffee artisan, and Laura Colagreco. Ten guests, an evening conceived as a ritual rather than an event.
