The French version is the reference in case of discrepancy.
These terms govern the reservation of a seat at the Résonances #1 residency, on 15 September 2026, at Maison Careï (Côte d'Azur), organized by Résonances. Any reservation request implies full acceptance of these terms.
The price of the residency is €950 per person. When a reservation request is submitted, a bank authorization (a hold, not an immediate charge) is placed on the requester's card, for the deposit amount (30% of the price, i.e. €285 per person).
If the request is confirmed by the organizer, the authorized deposit is then charged. It is non-refundable, except in case of cancellation or postponement initiated by the organizer (see article 5).
If the request is not accepted, the authorization is released and no amount is charged.
The balance of the price (and, where applicable, the amount related to the overnight stay) is requested by email in the days following confirmation of the reservation, and must be paid no later than 7 days before the residency date. After this deadline, the balance remains due and is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by the guest, the deposit paid remains the organizer's. The balance, if already paid, is only refundable in case of cancellation notified in writing to [email protected] more than 14 days before the residency date.
Part of the residency takes place in the outdoor spaces of Maison Careï. In case of weather conditions or circumstances incompatible with the proper conduct of the residency or with guest safety, the organizer may decide to postpone the residency to a new date.
In case of postponement, the reservation is automatically transferred to the new date. A guest unavailable on the new date may request a full refund of amounts paid, upon written notice to [email protected] within 7 days of the postponement being announced.
The overnight stay on site is optional and is subject to separate confirmation and payment, communicated together with the balance request.
Under French Consumer Code Article L221-28 4°, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to catering or accommodation services provided on a specific date.

For guests attending in a professional capacity, a detailed invoice can be provided upon request at [email protected], suitable for corporate expense reimbursement.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts.
